Throughout, I've still managed to meditate. It's such a part of my life I really don't even think of it as meditation, but it is a yoga of the mind, or something like that. -:) I'm happy that I've managed to de-program the 15 min and stretch it to 20 min by simply focusing on the time I want to stop on the clock and then doing that when the time is reached- without thinking about the time that's passed or is passing.
Clock time is a very strange thing when you're meditating, but setting a stop time has always worked for me.
*hugs everyone
Thank you Mary, and everyone else through what I've been through recently.

Sorry - that was me. I was being too long-winded. Wishing everyone a peaceful Sunday. I sat this morning for about 10 minutes ...
Beth, Brenda, you're both still in my thoughts.
[[[Devon]]]. Strength and peace to you.
