Oh, Brenda, I'm so sorry. She was fortunate, in a way, that it was so fast, but it makes the loss sudden and difficult for everyone, especially the young people. I know you'll let the tears flow as they need to, and I hope you can feel our arms around you.

Thanks, all, for your love and support. I'll keep you posted.

Mary, and Beth, thank you... tonight death is seeming quite unreal. The phenonemal world and the noumenal world so interlaced as to be inseparable.

(Sorry, I deleted a much longer comment, it, oh.)

Sunday, 1230h. Oh dear, there seems to be a problem again. I have posted Sunday, and maybe others have too, but it's not showing.

Beth and Brenda, my love, thinking of you lots.

and to all of you.

Yesterday I went to meditation at the buddhist centre, where a different teacher leads every Saturday. The woman who led yesterday did a guided body scan before going into the main meditation and I was reminded how helpful this is for settling and focusing and did it this morning before I meditated. Terribly valuable if you are a very 'in your head' person.
