Yes, I've been AWOL from 100 Days, partly because my practice has been sporadic, but mostly because I've been distracted by my off-line life. (Nothing bad: actually, life's really good these days, so I haven't been holing myself away online as much as usual.)
I will be in the midst of teaching during tomorrow's 100th Day synchro-sit, but I'll meditate on the walk home from class. I haven't caught up on the comments re. stopping, so I'll refrain from adding my 2 cents until I've caught up & thought it over.
