o, mb a frozen shoulder. that is hell. Julian and I have both had them. I didn't play the cello for 18 months. However I did go to India and do indian cookery and singing and actually, more importantly, I answered (and indeed asked) some pretty huge questions. Julian too. The first thing the osteopazth said is (it was his right) 'Are you having any issues about provisiing for your family?' Julian had just gambled away 20K in stocks and shares.... I have another cellist friend who has one now and big stuff is coming up for him, difficult but SO cleansing.I think it can be a bit of a life changer. What shoulder? I wish you a positive journey with your healing process and yes, the therapy is very painful and the journey can be long, but worth it. With religious swimming and yoga I am 100% better even though they told me I would never play again. (hmmm good psychology) Courage.

Julian has just been asked to teach in santa fe, one of my favourite places in the world. I knew Goldberg lived there so checked about workshops, and it may be that we could coincide his teaching with a zen writers retreat with her at the santa fe zen centre about the same time. It is hugely expensive but I have such a good feeling about it and about her. Have you ever worked with her Lorainne? anyone?

it's ever so nice to hear you all. I seem to be popping in and out but just being here confirms something for me...thank you and very much love.

Ow, frozen shoulder! MB, lots of hugs, but not on that side. Take good care of yourself. Good to know what Ruth says.

Dear meditating friends, I'd like to suggest that we all sit at the same time on Day 100, next Tues 13 Feb, and that the 100 Days blog then comes to an end, since participation has been very low for a while now. We've had a good run. It's been amazing. What do you think?

ooh this is so wierd, jean, as i'm only just plugging in again and itfeels so good. on the other hand you have probably been keeping it going while others have been dipping in and out, which doesn't seem fair. I just wonder if there is another solution which does not demand someone posting the day, where we can all come in and out for support. strangely enough, it ^and you all mean alot to me. interested to hear what others think.
