G'morning, everyone. I'm back after having been out of the 100 Days loop for awhile. Yesterday was my campus meditation group, and today I plan to sit later on in the morning, after I've prepped for today's classes. It's good to be back, and I hope everyone's well.
Hi Lorianne! It feels better to see you here! And MB, I'm glad you're getting stronger - the flu can really knock everything out of you. Now - who else is lurking out there today? I feel like a mother hen trying to listen for everyone's peeps!
And I'd like to pose a question - how do others here deal with midwinter and the long weeks between now and spring? Does meditation help? Does it change during this time of year? How many of us are affected by seasonal affective disorder?
