Good morning, everybody!

Managed the full ten minutes today, to my own surprise, and despite having a head full of (at various times) Shiva and Ganesh, silk, muesli, U2, pain, noise, and thinking about blogging about thinking about not thinking.

Hugs to all.

lol...yep, my head sounds something like that, too, Udge. We must be tuned to the same karmic radio station. :-)

I've been meditating in bits & pieces, as it were: a couple mindful breaths here, a good meditative walk there, a scattering of seconds before sleep, etc. It's not much in measurable terms, but it's getting me through the super-busy month of November, so I'm grateful for that.

Enjoy the rest of the weekend, everyone!

just did an hour of very mindfully cleaning out the chicken shed ... now I'm mindlessly watching the football :)

Udge you made me laugh :) I do a lot of thinking about how to not think so much!

hugs all,

xx

It was middle-of-the-night meditation for me, and glad of it...

Yes, Udge, you always say something that makes me laugh! I share that muddled up mind with you; one drawback of my preferred meditation time (5:00 pm or so) is that I'm very likely to realize I'm planning dinner in my head!

Hope everyone had a decent weekend. Cold and rainy here - raw Canadian weather. I must be nuts: and this is the warm part of winter!
