Good morning, everyone. I haven't done any formal sitting meditation here at my folks: I didn't bring my travel cushion, and it feels weird to meditate in my parents' house! But I've been mindfully walking Reg every morning before most of the neighborhood is awake, and I've had a few mindful breaths before going to sleep every night. So I guess that's enough, for now... :-)
today, meditation on crickets in the kitchen doorway. When i do follow my breath not control it I get in touch with gentleness and compassion. So simple. So good.
