Good morning, all. I haven't been here (except to post the day) in quite a while, that which we call "life" has been getting in the way.
I was awoken by what is almost but fortunately not quite a migraine; took two aspirin and rubbed Tiger Balm into my forehead and the back of my neck, and sat for ten minutes hoping to get back to sleep.
Feel better, Udge! It's good to hear from you. And best wishes for a good day to all - it's a beautiful bright morning here in Montreal. I have a ton to do today before our departure for Vermont tomorrow and will be struggling to stay calm through the day as I run around. Will try to do at least some deep breaths right now.
Janice, oh, thinking of you very much on your sad and beautiful journey. Lots of love.
Hope you feel better, Udge. And that you get it all done without feeling too frantic, Beth. And that all of you have a good day. What an amazing thought that this is just the second day for Jude's new grandson.
I highly recommend the new Yoga Journal online meditation newsletter. Interesting, beautifully written, manageable-length articles by interesting and authoritative teachers in various hindu/buddhist/yoga traditions. Really useful and enjoyable. You can subscribe here: http://tinyurl.com/fmgft
Janice, with you too, in spirit, on your journey...
Udge, hope the headache retreats quickly...
Jean, thanks for the site, and do hope the humidity in London has lifted...
A friend sent me a link to this lovely site with a beautiful short movie of blessings... from one million blessings and counting... non denominational... interestingly based also on a hundred days originally!
Hey there, everyone. Udge, I hope you feel better soon. Janice, safe travel & many blessings during your momentous journey. And congrats to Jude on the new grandson.
I've been relaxing here in Ohio & *trying* to minimize the amount of time I'm online or in front of a computer, which explains why I haven't been around much. Luckily, I can meditate "unplugged." :-)

Thank you, Brenda, that's beautiful and much appreciated - no, still humid :-)

Hi All
Love all round. I've been very quiet, but I've been reading. And practicing a fair amount.
I don't seem to have anything to say, but I wanted to check in.
xoxo
