Gosh, struggling a bit with the new year and return to work after break, and after retreat - with my relationship to everything, not just meditation. Trying not to push and fuss, and I think it's falling into place. Managing to sit for at least about 20 minutes each day, though at present it is not at a regular time every day, which feels better.
The dreaded "smenita" word verification appears again...
I've been having some shoulder trouble which is proving an interesting distraction during meditation. ;-) Fodder for the mill. Practice for the practice.

It sounds like everyone's struggling with something: if it's not the body that's a pain, it's the mind.
I sat for a distracted 15 minutes before lunchtime, but at least I sat. Showing up is all that counts. :-)

Yup, struggling here as well. Grateful for the practice, highly distracted though it is. In Jean's words, "trying not to push and fuss."
