Ruth, lovely to hear from you. I seem to have had a bit of a hiatus in meditation recently coinciding with a burst of wanting to write, so I know what you mean. Much love to you in facing the decision about whether to pursue adoption.

Good morning, everyone! Welcome to Rhea, and hugs to Ruth & others in need. (Being childless myself, Ruth, I have no words of wisdom about your adoption decision...but I can imagine how weighty the decision must feel, and I wish you the best as you continue the discernment process.)
Yesterday morning I went to the Cambridge Zen Center for mid-morning meditation, trying to give my practice a jump-start. And this morning I sat for 20 minutes, my meditation accompanied by the sound of unseasonable rain.
