MB, welcome back. Your holiday sounds wonderful.

The drawing class is great: good meditation, good magic, though it's a challenge not to succomb to feelings of inferiority and competitiveness.

I appreciate no one pointing out that I left out the word 'Day' yesterday - very mindful of me! Oh gosh, I am busy at work. Ay, ay, ay! But it's ok, managing mostly not to get lost in it.

:-) It's not tact in my case, it's obliviousness, Jean

Another one here, completely oblivious! Thanks for the welcomes. It's good to be back, good to connect with you all again. Five minutes this morning, my minimum commitment. I'm floating back in....

What, me oblivious???? Nope, I didn't notice a thing! :-)

I just finished today's "serious cushion sit" and two chants. I'm liking doing my meditation later, after I've attended to the "stuff" of my day. It's somehow easier to sit now than it is in the morning before I teach, possibly because my brain is a bit tired from the day's exertions, so it doesn't ramble as much. (And the two chants afterward wake me up if the sitting makes me sluggish.)

Hi all - hanging in here. It's difficult but good and sad and right; Dad and I are doing all right in the midst of everything. Thank you for your thoughts.
