Hey there, everyone. I've been out-of-the-loop since this weekend, keeping my head down with back-to-school prep. Yesterday was my first day back to teaching...and today was my first meditation group for spring semester.
It was a very sleepy 30 minutes of meditation...but yes, I showed up. :-)
Have been away from here but certainly meditating and praying or whatever it is that I do to keep myself centered! Ruth, a special thank-you to you for your good wishes and good thoughts over the holidays - they are very much appreciated. I'm thinking of you, too, as you ponder the adoption question. We have accepted our childlessness now, but I know what a painful and difficult subject this can be, and I wish you whatever solution is the very best for you. Hugs to all.
