Oops maybe it's because I've been off sick ..or maybe it's because I finally managed a string of days when I have meditated, culminating in today managing to meditate twice ...but after several days of (attempting) to be reasoned and adult in a fierce online discussion about ethics I have this evening resorted to a childish stamping of my feet. Has the meditation released my inner 4 year old? And even stranger has it allowed her (and me) to be 4 years old (and ANGRY!) and to be a bit pleased with myself and giggly? None of this would ever have happened when I was actually 4 - mother far too strict! Does meditation do this???
