Didn't sit this morning but have just returned from a workshop which involved a good deal of tuning in and centering, so that almost counts I think.
Despite all good intentions, manuscript just sits; it got moved from one binder to another. No words flowing. Sigh.
Is there a way to meditate into your creative space?
My daughter's at her Dad's, plans for this evening fell through, landlord's out of town so a quiet house, I may as well do my long meditation. It'll help, it always does.
