I sat for 15 minutes this morning. Very tired (heavy week) so found it hard to stay present and not nod off. But I am so glad I am doing this.
I'm keeping at it too. Surprising myself. And it is helping (no surprise there.)
Had another sleepy 35 minutes of zazen last night. Like others here, I am pleased with my effort. Thank you all for your support.
Sat a little while last night. & Since I've been finding weekend-nights challenging, I sat this morning, just in case.Nice to sit in the morning, with sunlight coming through the window
yes--I weekends are a challenge!(esp sat. am) But I sat this morning and I am grateful for the effort.
Just finished my 35 minute zazen period. Did a little kinhin tonight as my left leg was a bit stiff after the sitting.I dedicated my sitting for Natalie and her aunt who recently passed away.
