Yup, this morning before work. Not for very long, though. I have to work a bit harder on getting up in time to meditate at least 20 minutes and then walk 2 miles and not be late for work. Still, even a very short period feels like the 'right' way to start the day.
Glad you sat even if it was short, Jean -- the difference between five minutes and twenty minutes, though it's large in itself, is trivial compared to the difference between sitting and not sitting. "Keeping the pot stirred," as my lama puts it.
Yes, my time was shorter this morning - 10 minutes instead ofthe usual 20. Didn't feel good as it was due to bad early morning time management, i.e wasting time instead of getting ready. Tomorrow will be better I hope
The times when we do it just right and have a great session and it all feels good -- I suspect those aren't as important or transformative as these raw squeezed-in unsatisfactory sessions.
These are the times when we're really seizing our habitual minds and forcibly turning them.

I sat last night too.

Oh, celebrate it, though!
