Re. Friday's "sit-in," I have a coaching tele-class from 2-3 my (Eastern) time...which judging from what Beth said means I wouldn't be done 'til 9 pm France time. But if that time works for everyone else, I wouldn't change it just for me; I'll just sit as the rest of you are ending. :-)
I sat for 15 minutes this morning, which felt nicely peaceful & refreshing. And then I went to school and quickly got frazzled & cranky: it dismays me how tenuous my hold on "centeredness" is!
5 minutes this morning settled a case of squirrel brain.
Yes, Ruth, jealousy dissipated — it wasn't much to begin with, but it's an emotion I find rather ugly so I notice it when it's there.
Friday the 16th is 12:30 here and I can work with that.
Thanks for providing the time converter, Jean. It has an interesting set up — unusual, in my experience, to see "America" including North and South. (Also curious, for my region, to see Boise listed and not Salt Lake City, which is bigger.)
Beth, I appreciate very much your comments about your experience with focus and the reminder of us all. If I could do that in all my small moments...
Perhaps, on the 16th, we could start 15 minutes later than the proposed time so we'd at least overlap with Lorianne? Just a thought, don't know if it'd work out for everyone. If nothing else, Lorianne, I'll be thinking of you as we wrap up!

Re Friday 16th: the time suggested by Jean, or any time that evening really are fine with me.
