It's Monday already in London, but I don't like to see the zero here. It could not be less appropriate, as there is so much I could say - too much, though, and not enough time...
So now I know what two of my lovely online meditation group are like in the flesh. But I already knew something of you in mind and spirit, which is more, really, and strange, and a strange way round. It was nice, and weird, and frightening (frightening especially because this group really means a lot to me) and made me think a lot about how I've perhaps been more willing and able to open my heart to new people online than I've easily done in person for many years. Hmm. Maybe I'll write more about this elsewhere. And maybe I'll firmly push it away, as an example of 'thinking too much'...
So, in between nervous encounters and blissful music, I did sit on Saturday morning, and Sunday morning and this morning (Monday). It feels stable at the moment, and welcome, and 'right', if mostly not profound. It will all change again - nothing surer.
