This morning I sat to meditate and yesterday's furious indignation with a friend over something trivial flooded into me. So I tried to be present with it and soften into it, and to connect with my fondness for her. Really hard, and hard to think about it now. So hard not to meet the world with such rigidity, over small things, never mind big ones. Brrrr.
Yet again this morning the template and posts have vanished when I go into the 100 days Dashboard - just a message saying NO POSTS FOUND. Is anyone else having problems?

Yes, everyone seems pretty quiet these days. Maybe we all needed a break - I know I did.
