Sat my 20 minutes last night. Wasn't feeling very clear -- one of those sits when I sit there a lot thinking "is my mind on my breath, or am I distracted?" I think there's only ever one answer to that question :-)

I sat this morning for 15 minutes. I am really grateful for this initiative. It's going to be hell at work for the next 3 weeks until the new academic year begins - no time that I need more to sit every day.

20 mins this morning, chanting and meditation. There is a lot in my life that needs to change/is changing at the moment. Doing this practice grounds me when all around is uncertainty.
